This was my best dental experience in over 60 years! Ever since I was 8 I have had a fear of dentistry and anxiety regarding dental appointments and my teeth are, as a result, not in great shape. However, in one appointment MediKa put my fears aside in such a sensitive way. Thank you! From the warm welcome from Receptionist Natalie (with Covid sanitiser in hand; all Covid precautions were exemplary) all the way through, this was a totally professional, well run and friendly dental service. I have never had such a thorough assessment and the lady dentist Nas explained everything including costs so clearly - brilliant. MediKa you have two new clients, my wife and I, you are the best I've ever come across. Thank you.

The location of this dental practice on Devonshire Avenue in Southsea has changed hands a number of times over the many years that I have been going there, but I have been nothing but impressed and delighted by the team at Medika Dental. Not only is this a professional, 21st century practice that has kept up with the latest dental technology, but everyone is always helpful, efficient and friendly.

I have no other words, except incredible. What beautiful kind hearted people. I can honestly say I have never experienced such caring energy at the dentist, from the dentist to the reception staff (& on top of that we're in a pandemic!). Their people skills, combined with their expertise on dentistry made me feel valued, respected and safe. No mean feat for someone who has always feared the dentist. Due to changes in the world, I've had no choice to but to go private. But one thing I now recognise is how important my teeth are to me. This wasn't something I thought I would have to start paying for, but the care & kindness I received was so genuine, I left on a high. This is how all successful practices could be run. I applaud them for choosing to connect with their patients as individuals. Authenticity with compassion deserves recognition. Thank you. I am immensely grateful that I discovered your practice.

Since the 21March 2020, the Dentist and their team have been keeping all informed how they are operating with the various requirements under the Covid-19 rules. These have been constantly updated as each changed has been made. This help and advice, especially on how to access all types of treatment and from where, has been a great source of comfort to all during a very difficult time. They have been warm, concerned and professional when dealing with my enquires for treatment whether by email or phone. I wish to commend them for continuing to provide a fine service in such awful times. A big thank you to all the team, stay safe

Medika dental was recommended to me by a friend as I was a reluctant and nervous patient following bad experiences in the past. They could not have been more considerate, thoughtful, gentle and professional. To the extent that I had a tooth out in the chair and had no idea that the procedure had finished! I’m now visiting regularly, both dentist and hygienist, and my teeth are in the best condition they have been in for years. Excellent advice given, which always works - and throughly lovely, professional staff throughout. I can’t recommend them enough.

The current situation has been a very difficult time and particularly so for Dental Practices who have not been provided with any financial support. So I was relieved and delighted when MediKa Dental opened again (which was one of the first practices to open in my area) and it wasn't long before I was able to see both the Dentist and the Hygienist. The consultations and treatments are always very thorough and my Dentist always takes the time to explain everything very clearly. She is always very respectful and has a very pleasant manner as do all the reception staff. So thank you to the whole team and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Dental Practice.

The dentist put me at ease, because I had concerns regarding sensitivity. Pain free, procedure was explained in very good detail. Happy friendly staff, happy to be part of this practice.
